Here's how it works:



You spread the word

Tell neighbors and friends in areas where FiberMeFast Refer-a-Friend offer is available and let them know how much you love your fiber internet.

They get installed

If the person you referred is in an area eligible to participate in the Refer-a-Friend offer and they are able to order FiberMeFast for their home, when they sign up online to schedule installation, be sure to remind them to tell us who sent them.

You get $50 off

After their installation, you’ll get $50 off your bill. The more people you refer, the more you save. You can only receive one credit per new customer, but you can refer up to 6 new customers per year.




Referral Program Terms

Offer valid within select FiberMeFast Fiber deployed service areas only. Referred to within as ‘company’.

Limited time offer, Referral Program may be discontinued without notification. As a condition of participation, all customers participating in the Program must agree to the rules of the Program. At any time and without notice, ‘company’ reserves the right to modify the Program, to suspend participation from any customer whose actions are deemed to be in violation of the Program, to change the Program, or to cancel the Program. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other specials or promotions offered by ‘company’ Other restrictions may apply.

Only residential customers, in good standing, that subscribe to high-speed Internet service are eligible to receive $50 (‘Referral Credit’). (‘Referral Credit’) is eligible for each referral that results in the successful installation of a new high-speed fiber Internet service within ‘company’ fiber served area where offer is available. A customer in good standing is defined as having no current past due balance and follows all terms and conditions of service. New Customers are subscribers who reside within a ‘company’ fiber served area eligible to participate in referral program and have not had Internet service from ‘company’ in the last 12 months. Following activation, New Customer must submit payment in full for their first month of service for referring customer to receive $50 (‘Referral Credit’).

Maximum of 6 (‘Referral Credit’) per year per referring account not to exceed $300 service credit. Referral Credits expire and are revoked in the event of an interruption of service due to cancellation or termination for violation of terms and conditions of service prior to issuance of Credit. Referral Credits may not be transferred or redeemed for cash.

New Customer must submit payment in full for first month of service following activation for referrer to receive Referral Credit. New customer is responsible for completing the online form including all fields required for accurate aware of the (‘Referral Credit’). ‘Company’ reserves the right to modify the Program, to suspend participation of any customer whose actions are deemed to be abusive or in violation of the Program, to change the Program offer, or to cancel the Program, without notice.
